1) Why should I buy a loose diamond from Loose Diamond Mart? 

     We sell only certified diamonds. There are no other items for sale. All of our diamonds are EGL and GIA certified guaranteeing you get exactly what you order at the best price possible. We have been in the diamond trade since 1946.

 2) Why are your prices so inexpensive? 

      We buy our diamonds direct from the source. Once they have been cut and graded, we have them in inventory for immediate delivery. 

  3) What is your return Policy?   

    You have 10 days from when you receive your diamond to contact us by phone at 256-249-0511. Or you can e-mail us at returns@loosediamondsmart.com. We will promptly notify you of your Return Authorization number. Send us the diamond via Priority Mail. Be sure to insure the diamond for full price of purchase. Include the RA number and all documentation. Upon receipt and verification, your money will be promptly refunded. 

  4) Do you have an Upgrade policy? 

      Yes, we have upgraded for many of our customers. We are happy to upgrade a diamond purchased from us. You will need to have all of the documentation. Contact us and we will start the upgrading procedure.  

 5) Are your diamonds treated in any way? 

      Our diamonds are 100% natural. Loose Diamond Mart does not sell treated or anyway enhanced diamonds. 

  6) Why are you less expensive than my local jeweler is?  

     Selling in volume over the Internet gives us access to the best diamonds at the lowest cost. All these savings are passed on to you our customer.  

 7) Do you charge sales tax?  

      Unless your order is shipped to an Alabama address, we do not collect sales tax. 

  8) How can I pay for a purchase?   

     We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal.

 9) Do you ship internationally?   

   Yes, we ship to most countries. Please e-mail us to confirm this and to get shipping rates. You are responsible for any import/duty tax.  

 10) Is it safe to buy a diamond over the Internet from Loose Diamond Mart?    

    Our roots are brick and mortar, family owned, third generation, same location. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, Jewelers of America, and The Southern Jewelers Association, with a Jewelers Board of Trade rating for your inspection. If you pay by major credit card, the issuing bank protects you. 11) Why is certification important?        A Certification is an assurance of quality. A diamond certification is a detailed quality report issued by an accredited independent gemological laboratory. The most recognized gemological laboratories that provide certified diamond quality reports to the diamond and jewelry industry are listed below.
