Return Policy 

                        You have 30 days from the time you receive your diamond to contact us by phone (256-249-0511). Or you can e-mail us at returns@loosediamondsmart.com. We will promptly notify you of your Return Authorization number. Then return the diamond via Priority Mail. Be sure to insure it for full value of the diamond. Include the RA number and all documentation. Upon receipt and verification your money will be promptly refunded. Remember we also have an upgrade policy. There is a 3% restocking fee.

            With your savings in mind, we will ship your selection free of charge (to the lower 48 states). Using the U.S. Postal Service, your diamond will be shipped Priority Mail, registered and insured, to your door. Loose Diamond Mart has a 30-day guaranteed return policy to insure you our customer of complete satisfaction. We do ship to most countries. Please e-mail to confirm this and to get shipping rates. Remember you will be responsible for all import/duty taxes.

Backorder Policy

            If your diamond is on backorder you will be promptly informed. If you want to change your order you may at this time. If we are unable to satisfy you, your payment will be promptly returned. With our large volume of sales this may happen occasionally, and we will personally do our best to serve you our customer.

            Loose Diamond Mart has a zero tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Most people are unaware of the role diamonds play in bringing real benefits to the people around the world where diamonds are mined. The Kimberly Process allows us to track diamonds from the mines to market. The diamond industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
